In\u00a0our\u00a0order\u00a0dated\u00a030\u00a0November\u00a02009,\u00a0we\u00a0had\u00a0directed\u00a0the\u00a0CPIO\u00a0not\u00a0only\u00a0to\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>provide\u00a0the\u00a0desired\u00a0information\u00a0by\u00a023\u00a0December\u00a02009\u00a0but\u00a0we\u00a0had\u00a0also\u00a0asked\u00a0him\u00a0to\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>explain\u00a0the\u00a0reasons\u00a0for\u00a0the\u00a0delay.\u00a0\u00a0Today,\u00a0both\u00a0the\u00a0parties\u00a0were\u00a0present\u00a0before\u00a0us.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>The \u00a0Respondents\u00a0 showed \u00a0 us\u00a0 a \u00a0 reply\u00a0 of \u00a0 the \u00a0 CPIO\u00a0 concerned\u00a0 in \u00a0 which \u00a0 he \u00a0 had\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>indeed\u00a0responded\u00a0to\u00a0the\u00a0RTI\u00adapplication\u00a0within\u00a0the\u00a0stipulated\u00a0period\u00a0of\u00a030\u00a0days.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Therefore,\u00a0he\u00a0cannot\u00a0be\u00a0blamed\u00a0for\u00a0the\u00a0delayed\u00a0response.\u00a0\u00a0However,\u00a0as\u00a0far\u00a0as\u00a0the\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>information\u00a0 sought\u00a0 is\u00a0 concerned,\u00a0 although\u00a0 much\u00a0 of\u00a0 the \u00a0 information\u00a0 has\u00a0 already\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>been\u00a0given,\u00a0the\u00a0CPIO\u00a0should\u00a0also\u00a0send\u00a0a\u00a0copy\u00a0of\u00a0the\u00a0relevant\u00a0guidelines\u00a0of\u00a0the\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Bank\u00a0in\u00a0terms\u00a0of\u00a0which\u00a0deductions\u00a0had\u00a0been\u00a0made\u00a0from\u00a0the\u00a0S.B.\u00a0Account\u00a0of\u00a0the\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Appellant\u00a0for\u00a0not\u00a0having\u00a0the\u00a0minimum\u00a0balance.\u00a0\u00a0We\u00a0direct\u00a0the\u00a0CPIO\u00a0to\u00a0send\u00a0a\u00a0copy\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>of\u00a0these\u00a0guidelines\u00a0within\u00a0five\u00a0working\u00a0days\u00a0from\u00a0the\u00a0receipt\u00a0of\u00a0this\u00a0order.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>3.       The\u00a0case\u00a0is\u00a0thus\u00a0disposed\u00a0off.\u00a0\u00a0\n<\/p>\n<p>4.
