There is no representation for the<\/p>\n<p>petitioners.  Interim directions were issued on 8.10.2007.            The learned<\/p>\n<p>Prosecutor, after taking instructions, submits that the petitioners have<\/p>\n<p>appeared before the Investigating Officer on 22.10.2007 as directed. They<\/p>\n<p>were questioned in connection with the investigation of the crime and the<\/p>\n<p>police have now come to the conclusion that the petitioners are not required<\/p>\n<p>to be    proceeded against in Crime No.77 of 2004 of Thodupuzha police<\/p>\n<p>station. The learned Prosecutor undertakes that the petitioners shall not be<\/p>\n<p>arrested. In the light of that undertaking, no further orders are necessary in<\/p>\n<p>this petition. The apprehension of the petitioners is, in these circumstances,<\/p>\n<p>found to be without any basis.\n<\/p>\n<p>      2. This application is accordingly dismissed.<\/p>\n<p>                                                          (R.
