Supehia for the respondent.\n<\/p>\n<p>2.\tThe<br \/>\nlearned counsel for the parties have agreed that the controversy<br \/>\ninvolved in this appeal is squarely covered by the decision taken in<br \/>\nLetters Patent Appeal<br \/>\nNo.2991 of 2010, on 24.1.2011.\n<\/p>\n<p>3.\tThis<br \/>\nLetters Patent Appeal is<br \/>\ndismissed on the same terms and conditions as provided in order dated<br \/>\n24.1.2011 passed in Letters Patent<br \/>\nAppeal No.2991 of 2010, in the case of A.B.
