                     IN THE HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT PATNA\n                                  FA No.402 of 1997\n                              STATE OF BIHAR THRO. THE COLLE\n                                           Versus\n                                   SHEO NARAYAN SINGH\n                                         -----------\n<\/pre>\n
22.   17.08.2010               This first appeal has been listed under the heading<\/p>\n
                   to be mentioned at the instance of the respondent.<\/p>\n
                               The learned counsel appearing for the respondent<\/p>\n
                   submitted that the appeals were filed against the judgment and<\/p>\n
                   decree passed by the Land Acquisition Judge and this Court<\/p>\n
                   while disposing of the bunch of first appeals dismissing the first<\/p>\n
                   appeals, confirmed the judgment and award passed by the<\/p>\n
                   Learned Acquisition Judge but at paragraph 26 of the judgment<\/p>\n
                   because of typographical mistake in place of Land Acquisition<\/p>\n
                   Judge it has been typed as Land Acquisition Officer.<\/p>\n
                               Perused the judgment and paragraph 26 of the<\/p>\n
                   judgment dated 28.4.2010 passed by this Court while disposing<\/p>\n
                   of the first appeals. It appears that it is only a typing mistake.<\/p>\n
                   Therefore, in paragraph 26 the sentence ‘Land Acquisition<\/p>\n
                   Officer’ shall be read as ‘Land Acquisition Judge’. Accordingly,<\/p>\n
                   paragraph 26 of the judgment stand corrected. This order shall<\/p>\n
                   form part of the judgment dated 28.4.2010.<\/p>\n
