As a result of<br \/>\nhearing and perusal of records, this court is of the opinion that the<br \/>\norder passed by the Family court is just and proper. The court can<br \/>\npass order under section 24 of the Hindu Marriage Act having regard<br \/>\nto the husband&#8217;s income and the wife&#8217;s own income and thereafter the<br \/>\ncourt has to decide the reasonable amount without going into the<br \/>\nmerits of the matter.  The court below considering the evidence<br \/>\nadduced by both sides has awarded Rs. 2000\/- towards interim<br \/>\nmaintenance of the wife and Rs. 1000\/- towards legal expenses.  This<br \/>\ncourt is in complete agreement with the reasonings adopted and<br \/>\nfindings arrived at by the court below.\n<\/p>\n<p>3.\tIn<br \/>\nthe premises aforesaid, petitions are dismissed.  It shall be open to<br \/>\nthe either side to approach the court below for expediting the<br \/>\nhearing of the suit.
