A copy of his RTI-application is enclosed.\n<\/p>\n<p>2.     The Commission has decided to treat this petition as a complaint under Section 18 of the<br \/>\nRTI-Act, 2005, and hereby directs the Public Information Officer, to take action as mandated under<br \/>\nthe RTI Act 2005.\n<\/p>\n<p>3.      Since the PIO has failed to respond to the RTI-application mentioned above in time, he\/she<br \/>\nis, therefore, required to send his\/her explanation in writing by 22\/10\/2010 to show cause as to<br \/>\nwhy a penalty of Rs.25,000\/-for delay in supply of information may not be levied upon him\/her.<br \/>\nHe\/she should also appear before this Commission at N.I.C. Video Conferencing Room, 6th<br \/>\nFloor, B. R. K. R. Bhawan, A-Block, C.G.O. Complex, Tank Bund Road, Hyderabad-500063<br \/>\n(Contact Officer &#8211; Mrs. Kanaka Durga &amp; Contact Nos. : 040-23494600\u00a0 on\u00a0 27\/10\/2010<br \/>\nat 03:00 pm along with all the relevant files\/documents.\n<\/p>\n<p>4.
