Justice ANTONY DOMINIC\n\n Dated :22\/04\/2008\n\n O R D E R\n                         ANTONY DOMINIC, J.\n              ------------------------------------\n                        W.P.(C) 13320 of 2008\n             -------------------------------------\n                         Dated: APRIL 22, 2008\n\n                               JUDGMENT\n<\/pre>\n<p>      The challenge in this writ petition is against Ext.P5, a stop<\/p>\n<p>memo issued by the 1st respondent against the quarrying operations<\/p>\n<p>of the petitioner.\n<\/p>\n<p>      2.     According to the petitioner, he is quarrying on the<\/p>\n<p>strength of Ext.P4, a permit issued by the competent authority. It is<\/p>\n<p>seen that aggrieved by Ext.P5, the petitioner has already moved the<\/p>\n<p>2nd respondent by filing Ext.P6 and orders on Ext.P6 have not been<\/p>\n<p>passed so far. It is in these circumstances the writ petition has been<\/p>\n<p>filed.\n<\/p>\n<p>      2.  Since the petitioner has already moved the competent<\/p>\n<p>authority by filing Ext.P6, I do not think it necessary for this court to<\/p>\n<p>enter into the merits of the controversy for the present. Therefore, I<\/p>\n<p>dispose of the writ petition directing that the 2nd respondent shall<\/p>\n<p>take up, consider and pass orders on Ext.P6.
