Copy of that order is given to learned<br \/>\nadvocate for the petitioner.  Learned advocate for the petitioner<br \/>\nrequests for time to take instructions from the petitioner.\n<\/p>\n<p>2.\t\tIn<br \/>\nlight of the contents of that order, request is not required to be<br \/>\ngranted.  However, liberty is reserved in case of difficulty in<br \/>\nfavour of the petitioner.  Taking the order dated 14.10.2010 on<br \/>\nrecord, the petition is disposed of.
