Justice S.SIRI JAGAN\n\n Dated :11\/12\/2007\n\n O R D E R\n                         S.SIRI JAGAN, J.\n\n                     =======================\n\n                       W.P.(C) No. 36527 of 2007(W)\n\n                     =======================\n\n\n\n                Dated this the 11th day of December, 2007\n\n\n\n\n                             JUDGMENT\n<\/pre>\n<p>      Petitioner is  aggrieved      by the non-approval    of his<\/p>\n<p>appointment as a Sanskrit Teacher. According to him, although<\/p>\n<p>he has been appointed as a Full Time Sanskrit Teacher, he is<\/p>\n<p>entitled to his appointment approved as a part-time Sanskrit<\/p>\n<p>teacher. Seeking this relief the Manager of the School has filed<\/p>\n<p>Ext.P6 representation before the 5th respondent. The petitioner<\/p>\n<p>now confines his prayer for a direction to the 5th respondent to<\/p>\n<p>pass appropriate orders on Ext.P6 expeditiously.<\/p>\n<p>      2.    I have heard th learned Government Pleader also. In<\/p>\n<p>the facts and circumstances of the case, there would be a<\/p>\n<p>direction to the 5th respondent to consider and pass orders on<\/p>\n<p>Ext.P6 in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, at<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"hidden_text\"> W.P.(C) No. 36527\/2007(W)          -2-<\/span><\/p>\n<p>any rate, within one month from the date of receipt of a copy of<\/p>\n<p>this judgment after affording an opportunity of being heard to the<\/p>\n<p>petitioner as well as the manager of the School.<\/p>\n<p>      The writ petition is disposed of as above.<\/p>\n<p>                                           S.SIRI JAGAN,<br \/>\n                                              JUDGE<br \/>\njp<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Kerala High Court K.C.
