APP (DB) No.381 of 2006\n                                   JHULLAN RAI\n                                       Versus\n                               THE STATE OF BIHAR\n                                      -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p>11\/   29.06.2010              The above four appeals have been placed<\/p>\n<p>                     under the heading &#8220;For Hearing&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p>                              Learned Counsel Shri Sanjay Kumar @ Manu<\/p>\n<p>                     holds power on behalf of the appellants in in<\/p>\n<p>                     Cr. App (DB) No. 635 of 2006, Cr. App (DB) No.<\/p>\n<p>                     115 of 2006 and Cr. App (DB) No. 381 of 2006<\/p>\n<p>                     but   it   has    been    submitted      by    him    that    the<\/p>\n<p>                     entire     file    has     been     taken      away    by     the<\/p>\n<p>                     appellants so he has no interest.<\/p>\n<p>                              Shri Rana Pratap Singh, learned Senior<\/p>\n<p>                     advocate appears on behalf of the appellant of<\/p>\n<p>                     Cr. Appeal (DB) No. 174 of 2006 and submits<\/p>\n<p>                     that, for the first time, this case has been<\/p>\n<p>                     listed under the heading &#8220;For Hearing&#8221; at the<\/p>\n<p>                     top, so he is unable to argue and he seeks<\/p>\n<p>                     adjournment.      He     prays    that   the    case    may    be<\/p>\n<p>                     listed under the same heading on 05.07.2010 as<\/p>\n<p>                     first case subject to part heard if any.<\/p>\n<p>                              By the order of Hon&#8217;ble the Chief Justice<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                                2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>           Cr. App (DB) Nos. 635 of 2006 has been listed<\/p>\n<p>           for hearing.\n<\/p>\n<p>                  In view of the inability of the learned<\/p>\n<p>           Counsel representing in all the matters, these<\/p>\n<p>           appeals are adjourned.\n<\/p>\n<p>                  To     expedite          the    hearing       of   all    the<\/p>\n<p>           appeals,     Shri       Atal    Bihari,       Advocate     who    is<\/p>\n<p>           present in Court is appointed as amicus curiae<\/p>\n<p>           to assist the Court on behalf of the appellants<\/p>\n<p>           in Cr.
