On this basis, the Commission<br \/>\nissued a notice to the PIO on 28\/10\/2009 with a direction to provide the information to the<br \/>\nComplainant and further sought an explanation for not furnishing the information within the<br \/>\nmandated time.\n<\/p>\n<p>       Subsequently, the Commission received a letter dated 30\/11\/2009 from the PIO\/SDM<br \/>\n(Civil Lines) ,wherein copy of the information being provided to the Complainant vide letter<br \/>\ndated 23\/10\/2009 was enclosed. On perusal of the information, it has been observed that<br \/>\ninformation provided is incomplete. Information given on Query No.8 is partial as names and<br \/>\ncontact details of the controlling authorities as sought has not been provided. On Query No.13<br \/>\ninformation is not complete, as copy of rules and regulations have not been provided. Further,<br \/>\ninformation given on Query No.5 &amp; 14 is inappropriate.\n<\/p>\n<p>Decision:\n<\/p>\n<p>The Complaint is allowed.\n<\/p>\n<p>        The PIO is directed to provide the complete and correct information as mentioned above<br \/>\nto the Complainant by 25\/01\/2010.Proof of dispatch of information should be sent to the<br \/>\nCommission before 29\/01\/2010. Further, the PIO is directed to submit a written explanation to<br \/>\nshow cause as to why penalty should not be imposed and disciplinary action be recommended<br \/>\nagainst him under Section 20 (1) &amp;
