                   Opposite Party – Zila Parishad.\n<\/p>\n
                              It is submitted that during the pendency of this<\/p>\n
                   case retiral dues of the petitioner to the tune of Rs. 4,57,017\/-<\/p>\n
                   has been paid and as such, the order has been complied with.<\/p>\n
                              Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the<\/p>\n
                   amount of life insurance and arrears of revised pay scale has<\/p>\n
                   not been complied with.\n<\/p>\n
                              In view of the above, since the order has been<\/p>\n
                   complied with, this contempt application need not proceed<\/p>\n
                   further and the same stands disposed of. However, petitioner<\/p>\n
                   will be at liberty to point out the aforesaid claim   before the<\/p>\n
                   concerned authority.\n<\/p>\n
                              The M.J.C. application stands disposed of.<\/p>\n
