Amarpur, District Banka.\n                                                                         ---------- Petitioners\n                                           Versus\n            The State Of Bihar\n                                                                      -------- Opposite Party\n                                          -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p>02\/-   18\/08\/2011                       Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and<\/p>\n<p>                          learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.<\/p>\n<p>                                        The two petitioners apprehend their arrest, in<\/p>\n<p>                          connection with Complaint Case No. 267(C) of 2010 for the<\/p>\n<p>                          offences punishable under Section 498A of the Indian Penal Code<\/p>\n<p>                          and Section \u00be of the Dowry Prohibition Act, are named accused<\/p>\n<p>                          in this complaint case being parents-in-law of the complainant<\/p>\n<p>                          with allegation of demand of dowry, torture etc., but the main<\/p>\n<p>                          grievance appears against non-petitioner, the husband.<\/p>\n<p>                                         Considering the facts and circumstances of the<\/p>\n<p>                          case, in the event of their arrest\/surrender before the court below<\/p>\n<p>                          within four weeks, let the above named petitioners be enlarged on<\/p>\n<p>                          bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000\/- (ten thousand only)<\/p>\n<p>                          each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction<\/p>\n<p>                          of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Munger, in connection with<\/p>\n<p>                          Complaint Case No. 267(C) of 2010, subject to condition laid<\/p>\n<p>                          down under Section 438(2) of the Criminal Procedure Code with<\/p>\n<p>                          additional condition to remain physically present before the court<\/p>\n<p>                          below    till appearance\/apprehension of non-petitioner,        the<\/p>\n<p>                          husband, in case of failure on two consecutive dates, without<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                               2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>            giving any reasonable explanation, the liberty granted shall be<\/p>\n<p>            deemed to be cancelled.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<pre>Praveen\/-                         ( Akhilesh Chandra, J.)\n <\/pre>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Patna High Court &#8211; Orders Sultan &amp; Anr. vs The State Of Bihar on 18 August, 2011 IN THE HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT PATNA Cr.Misc.
