Dir., Horticulture, Slum &amp; JJ; Mr. PD Ashok, Ex. Engineer, DD 6, Slum &amp; JJ<\/p>\n<p>The RTI Application was filed with Shahdara (North) on 08\/09\/2008. In the MCD&#8217;s<br \/>\ninefficient manner it was transferred on 30\/09\/2008 to Chief Engineer, Slum &amp; JJ Dept.<br \/>\nWithin the Slum &amp; JJ Dept. it appears that it took 16 days to reach the deemed PIO. The<br \/>\ndeemed PIO states that he has given the reply on 11\/10\/2008 where he has replied that the<br \/>\nsaid place is not a park and no gardener has not been appointed and not works have been<br \/>\ndone in the said place.
