Baiasagodu village, Sagar Taluk. Shimoga  _,.:I’;.<1<\/p>\n
this regard, the petitioner is said t0_..haVe':ti:1ed it '*9<\/p>\n
application seeking regularisation of his *u_r1'ai1t.'iorise(i.<\/p>\n
occupation and cultivation' as per'._Annex=,rres–dC and <\/p>\n
The said application is   'processed
\nfurther by drawing    and
\nthe same is said to  the second
\nrespondent]    relies on
\nAnnexnresf, 'V    second respondent
\n __ the consideration of the same
\nas far   2001. But, thereafter no<\/p>\n
decijsiorz. has  taken. Therefore, the present petition<\/p>\n

\nsubsequently any decision has been taken or not is not<\/p>\n
forthcoming since there is no other material <\/p>\n
available. Hence it is contended <\/p>\n

5. In the light of the pa.bVove.”‘–the third.” respondent
\nherein at the outset  status of the
\nappiication of tl*ie_pet’itior1’e;1′  13.7.2001, the<\/p>\n
date on   respondent\/committee had
\nadjourried! \ufb01irther’.consi.deration of the application. If<\/p>\n
for .a’nyiireasoVn”,\u00bb._the said application has been considered<\/p>\n

  respondent shail take steps to bring it to the notice of<\/p>\n
