Meena, learned advocate for the respondent-Company.\n<\/p>\n<p>2.\tMr.Meena,<br \/>\nlearned advocate for the respondent-Company, has submitted that the<br \/>\nLaw Officer of the respondent-Company viz. Mr.Anil Sharma is present<br \/>\nin the Court. On his instruction, he has stated that the<br \/>\nrespondent-Company has already forwarded to the petitioner-Company<br \/>\nthe demand draft dated 23.10.2010 in the sum of Rs.5 lacs drawn by<br \/>\nHDFC Bank Ltd. in favour of the petitioner.\n<\/p>\n<p>3.\tMr.Meena,<br \/>\nlearned advocate for the respondent-Company has, on instruction from<br \/>\nthe Law Officer Mr.Anil Sharma, also submitted that the company, in<br \/>\naccordance with earlier statement to clear the balance amount\/dues in<br \/>\nthree months, submitted that the dues will be cleared in installments<br \/>\nto be over within three months. On this count, Mr.Meena has, after<br \/>\nconsulting and on instruction from his client  &#8211; officer present in<br \/>\nthe Court, accepted the suggestion of Mrs.Soparkar, learned advocate<br \/>\nfor the petitioner that the balance amount approximately of<br \/>\nRs.25,02,184\/- shall be cleared in equal installment in following<br \/>\nmanner:-\n<\/p>\n<p>Date<\/p>\n<p>Amount<br \/>\n\t\t\t\t(Rs.)<\/p>\n<p>30.12.2010<\/p>\n<p>5,00,000\/-\n<\/p>\n<p>14.01.2011<\/p>\n<p>5,00,000\/-\n<\/p>\n<p>30.01.2011<\/p>\n<p>5,00,000\/-\n<\/p>\n<p>5.02.2011<\/p>\n<p>5,00,000\/-\n<\/p>\n<p>28.02.2011<\/p>\n<p>5,02,184\/-\n<\/p>\n<p>4.\tThe<br \/>\nundertaking to the aforesaid effect will be filed by the Competent<br \/>\nOfficer of the Company within one week from today with a copy to the<br \/>\nlearned advocate for the petitioner.\n<\/p>\n<p>5.\tWith<br \/>\nthe aforesaid clarifications and directions, the petition is disposed<br \/>\noff at this stage. In case of any difficulty, it would be open to the<br \/>\npetitioner to file appropriate application.
