The<br \/>\n      copies of annexures to the Affidavit-in-reply are not at<br \/>\n      all legible.    We heard Mr.Parmar for long time, but<br \/>\n Mr.Raval,learned AGP, inspite of repeated call   and<br \/>\ninspite of sending the Chobdar and the Peon, has not<br \/>\nremained present. That is how the work of the Court<br \/>\nsuffers.\n<\/p>\n<p>In the facts and circumstances of the case,we<br \/>\ndirect the aforesaid     authority   to   translate  the<br \/>\nNotification into a map and make it clear whether Survey<br \/>\nNo.1028 is included in the township or not.
