The alleged offences are under Sections 381, 406, 465<\/p>\n<p>and 420 of IPC. According to prosecution, petitioner was working<\/p>\n<p>as an employee in Federal Bank and he collected identity cards<\/p>\n<p>and photographs of certain customers which were kept in the<\/p>\n<p>bank and he used the same to obtain 243 SIM cards for the use in<\/p>\n<p>mobile phone and thereby cheated the customers and committed<\/p>\n<p>various offences.\n<\/p>\n<p>     3. Learned counsel for petitioner submitted that except that<\/p>\n<p>the petitioner was having 243 mobile SIM cards, there is no other<\/p>\n<p>allegations against him.      It is also submitted that some free<\/p>\n<p>mobile SIM cards are available and that may be the reason why<\/p>\n<p>he was in possession of a huge number of SIM cards. He is in<\/p>\n<p>custody for the past 23 days since 18\/05\/2010, the date on which<\/p>\n<p>he was arrested.\n<\/p>\n<p>     4.   This petition is opposed.           Learned Public Prosecutor<\/p>\n<p>submitted that investigation is still in progress.        It has to be<\/p>\n<p>ascertained why the petitioner was keeping in possession huge<\/p>\n<p>number of SIM cards that too, by fraudulently obtaining the<\/p>\n<p>identity cards and photographs of the customers which were in<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"hidden_text\">B.A No.3470 OF 2010              2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>the possession of the bank. It is even doubted whether he has<\/p>\n<p>any connection with terrorists.\n<\/p>\n<p>            5.
