Heard          learned        counsels         for     the<\/p>\n<p>                   petitioner and the State.\n<\/p>\n<p>                             The       petitioner          is     languishing         in<\/p>\n<p>                   custody       since        02.05.2011              in     a     case<\/p>\n<p>                   registered         under    Sections          323,      342,    324,<\/p>\n<p>                   326, 307\/34 of the Indian Penal Code.<\/p>\n<p>                             The        petitioner             alleged      to      have<\/p>\n<p>                   caused sharp cutting injury near the left<\/p>\n<p>                   arm and chest of the informant&#8217;s son.<\/p>\n<p>                             It is submitted by learned counsel<\/p>\n<p>                   for    the    petitioner              that     prior      to     this<\/p>\n<p>                   occurrence the petitioner lodged two cases<\/p>\n<p>                   against       the        informant           including         under<\/p>\n<p>                   Section      376    of     I.P.C.       It    further         appears<\/p>\n<p>                   that   wife     of    petitioner             who    caused     sharp<\/p>\n<p>                   cutting injury to the informant has already<\/p>\n<p>                   been granted bail.\n<\/p>\n<p>                             Considering                   the             aforesaid<\/p>\n<p>                   submissions,         let        the     petitioner,           above<\/p>\n<p>                   named, be released on bail in connection<\/p>\n<p>                   with Jhajha P.S. Case No. 40 of 2011 on<\/p>\n<p>                   furnishing         bail    bond        of     Rs.10,000\/-(Ten<\/p>\n<p>                   Thousand)     with        two    sureties          of   the    like<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                         2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>        amount   each   to   the   satisfaction     of   the<\/p>\n<p>        learned C.
