Letters Patent Appeal No. 1495 of 2011:\n<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<blockquote><p>                                    Feeling aggrieved by the judgment and order dated<br \/>\n                   14th July 2011, passed by the learned single Judge in above CWJC<br \/>\n                   No. 4931 of 2008, the writ petitioner has preferred the present<br \/>\n                   Appeal under Clause 10 of the Letters Patent.\n<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<blockquote><p>                                    The matter at dispute is non-renewal of the<br \/>\n                   appointment of the appellant as Shiksha Mitra after completion of<br \/>\n                   the contractual period of 11 months in April, 2006.\n<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<blockquote><p>                                     Effective from 1st July 2006, the post of Shiksha<br \/>\n                   Mitra has been abolished under Rule 20(iii) of the Bihar<br \/>\n                   Panchayat Elementary Teachers (Employment and Service<br \/>\n                   Conditions) Rules, 2006.\n<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<blockquote><p>                                    In view of our judgment in the matter of Smt.
