Respondent<br \/>\n\tNo.3 shall stand deleted.\n<\/p>\n<p>These<br \/>\n\tapplications seek condonation of delay of 35 days that has occurred<br \/>\n\tin filing Civil Revision Application (Stamp Number) Nos.47 of 2011<br \/>\n\tto 50 of 2011.\n<\/p>\n<p>Heard<br \/>\n\tMr. S. P. Majmudar, learned advocate for the applicant and Mr. Arpit<br \/>\n\tKapadia, learned advocate for the respondents.\n<\/p>\n<p>Having<br \/>\n\tregard to the averments made in the applications, the Court is of<br \/>\n\tthe view that sufficient cause has been made out so as to condone<br \/>\n\tthe delay that has occurred in filing the Civil Revision<br \/>\n\tApplications.\n<\/p>\n<p>The<br \/>\n\tapplications are, accordingly, allowed.  The delay of 35 days caused<br \/>\n\tin Civil Revision Application (Stamp Number) Nos.47 of 2011 to 50 of<br \/>\n\t2011, is hereby condoned.
