We\u00a0heard\u00a0this\u00a0case\u00a0through\u00a0videoconferencing.\u00a0Both\u00a0the\u00a0parties\u00a0were\u00a0present\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>in\u00a0the\u00a0Mumbai\u00a0studio\u00a0of\u00a0the\u00a0NIC.\u00a0We\u00a0heard\u00a0their\u00a0submissions.<\/p>\n<p>3.       The \u00a0 Appellant \u00a0 had \u00a0 wanted \u00a0 to \u00a0 know \u00a0 about \u00a0 the \u00a0 action \u00a0 taken \u00a0 on \u00a0 his \u00a0 letter\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>regarding\u00a0the\u00a0fixation\u00a0of\u00a0pay.\u00a0The\u00a0CPIO\u00a0had\u00a0informed\u00a0him\u00a0that\u00a0the\u00a0relevant\u00a0provision\u00a0of\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>the \u00a0 ACP \u00a0 scheme \u00a0 did \u00a0 not \u00a0 apply \u00a0 to \u00a0 him \u00a0 and, \u00a0 therefore, \u00a0 he \u00a0 was \u00a0 not \u00a0 eligible \u00a0 for\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>consideration\u00a0under\u00a0that\u00a0scheme.\u00a0During\u00a0the\u00a0hearing,\u00a0the\u00a0Respondent\u00a0submitted\u00a0once\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>again\u00a0that\u00a0the\u00a0Appellant&#8217;s\u00a0representation\u00a0had\u00a0been\u00a0considered\u00a0and\u00a0filed\u00a0because\u00a0it\u00a0was\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>found \u00a0 that \u00a0 he \u00a0 was \u00a0 not \u00a0 eligible \u00a0 under \u00a0 the \u00a0 above \u00a0 scheme. \u00a0 On \u00a0 the \u00a0 other \u00a0 hand, \u00a0 the\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Appellant\u00a0submitted\u00a0that\u00a0he\u00a0was\u00a0entitled\u00a0under\u00a0the\u00a0scheme\u00a0and\u00a0that\u00a0the\u00a0authorities\u00a0had\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>violated\u00a0the\u00a0guidelines\u00a0of\u00a0the\u00a0central\u00a0government.\u00a0Obviously,\u00a0the\u00a0CIC\u00a0can\u00a0do\u00a0little\u00a0in\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>such\u00a0a\u00a0case.\u00a0If\u00a0the\u00a0Appellant\u00a0has\u00a0a\u00a0grievance\u00a0against\u00a0the\u00a0decision\u00a0of\u00a0the\u00a0organisation,\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>he\u00a0is\u00a0free\u00a0to\u00a0approach\u00a0any\u00a0competent\u00a0authority\u00a0such\u00a0as\u00a0the\u00a0Central\u00a0Administrative\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Tribunal\u00a0for\u00a0the\u00a0redressal\u00a0of\u00a0his\u00a0grievance.\u00a0As\u00a0far\u00a0as\u00a0the\u00a0information\u00a0desired\u00a0by\u00a0him\u00a0is\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>concerned,\u00a0the\u00a0CPIO\u00a0has\u00a0already\u00a0informed\u00a0him\u00a0about\u00a0the\u00a0decision\u00a0of\u00a0the\u00a0competent\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>authority\u00a0on\u00a0his\u00a0representation.\u00a0There\u00a0is\u00a0nothing\u00a0more\u00a0we\u00a0can\u00a0do\u00a0in\u00a0this\u00a0case.\u00a0Hence,\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>the\u00a0case\u00a0is\u00a0disposed\u00a0off.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>4.
