On Perusal of the papers submitted by the appellant, it is observed that appellant&#8217;s<br \/>\n      RTI-request was replied to by the CPIO, letter No.:WRC\/NCTE\/RTI\/2010-<br \/>\n      472\/66542, dated 01\/04\/2010.\n<\/p>\n<p>3.    The Appellant preferred his\/her first-appeal on 20\/04\/2010 before the First Appellate<br \/>\n      Authority, which has not been decided by FAA (Copy of First Appeal is enclosed).\n<\/p>\n<p>4.    In order to avoid multiple proceedings under section 19 and 18 of the RTI Act, viz.\n<\/p>\n<p>      appeals and complaints, the matter is remitted to the First Appellate Authority,<br \/>\n      with the following directions:\n<\/p>\n<p>         i.    In case the first appeal dated 20\/04\/2010 has not been disposed of by FAA,<br \/>\n               he should dispose of the first appeal by passing a speaking order in the<br \/>\n               matter, within 2 weeks of receipt of this order.\n<\/p>\n<p>         ii.   In case FAA has already disposed of the first-appeal, he should furnish a<br \/>\n               copy of his order to the Appellant within one (1) week of receipt of this<br \/>\n               order.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                         Page\u00a0<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                                         1<\/span><br \/>\n             iii. A copy of First Appellate Authority order will be endorsed to the<br \/>\n                 Commission clearly indicating the case number and reason for delay, if any,<br \/>\n                 in providing information.\n<\/p>\n<p>5.      In case, the Appellant still feels aggrieved by the decision of FAA, he\/she shall be free<br \/>\n        to approach the Commission in second appeal under section 19(3), along with<br \/>\n        complaint under section18, if           any, within the prescribed time limit.\n<\/p>\n<p>6       The matter is closed with the above directions.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                                                     (Smt.
