Justice ANTONY DOMINIC\n\n Dated :05\/02\/2008\n\n O R D E R\n                        ANTONY DOMINIC,J.\n                   =========================\n                 WRIT PETITION NO. 4193 OF 2007\n                   =========================\n                Dated this the 5th day of February 2008\n\n                              JUDGMENT\n<\/pre>\n<p>      The only relief that is sought is to allow the petitioner to pay<\/p>\n<p>the amount, as demanded in Ext.P1, in instalments. The matter<\/p>\n<p>arises from a proceedings imposing a penalty of Rs.10,000\/= on<\/p>\n<p>the petitioner. Now that the matter has been referred for<\/p>\n<p>Revenue Recovery, additional amounts will be payable towards<\/p>\n<p>collection charges as well.\n<\/p>\n<p>      2. Having regard to the financial constraints faced by the<\/p>\n<p>petitioner, I dispose of this writ petition directing that         the<\/p>\n<p>amount demanded in Exts.P1 and P2 be paid by the petitioner in<\/p>\n<p>three equal monthly instalments, commencing from 15th<\/p>\n<p>February 2008 and subsequent instalments payable on the 15th<\/p>\n<p>of succeeding months.
