The other similarly<\/p>\n<p>                       situated co-accused have been granted the privilege vide<\/p>\n<p>                       order dated 13.04.2010 in Cr. Misc. No. 498 of 2010 and<\/p>\n<p>                       several others.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                Considering the facts and circumstances of the<\/p>\n<p>                       case, in the event of their arrest\/surrender before the court<\/p>\n<p>                       below within four weeks of receipt of the copy of this order,<\/p>\n<p>                       petitioners, namely, 1.Kishore Singh, 2.Indradeo Singh and<\/p>\n<p>                       3.Sidheshwar Singh @ Sidhi Singh, are directed to be<\/p>\n<p>                       released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000\/- (ten<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                             -2-<\/span><\/p>\n<p>          thousand only) each with two sureties of the like amount<\/p>\n<p>          each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial<\/p>\n<p>          Magistrate, Patna City in connection with Fatuha P.S.
