V V 2\n\n2. I have heard sn.   \nCounsel appearing for   the\nlearned Counsel  No.3\nand the  \u00e9   Pleader, Sri.\nSatyaxxarayaxia. No. 1 and 2.\nI have    by the KAT vide\n\nAnnexure   original order passed by the\n\nsecond  44 \u00e9autnonsed of\ufb01cer, vide Annexure 'B'.\n\n 3.\u00bb _  Aeseeond respondent -- amhorised o\ufb02'i&lt;::er,k \ufb01at\n\n     clanI1&#039; of the petitioner, by order Annexure\n\n.  dt. 18v--g 1t.1~04 rejected his claim.
