Appellant was allowed inspection of relevant record with prior intimation to the PIO.\n\nGrounds for Second Appeal:\nFalse &amp; Misleading information.\n\nRelevant Facts<\/pre>\n<p> emerging during Hearing:\n<\/p>\n<p>The following were present:\n<\/p>\n<p>Appellant: Mr. Kali Ram Tomar;\n<\/p>\n<p>Respondent: Mr. J.S.Yadav, EE on behalf of Mr. Naveen Verma, PIO &amp; SE-I;\n<\/p>\n<p>       The Appellant was asked to deposit additional fees which he felt were excessive. The<br \/>\nappellant would like to inspect the records and take photocopies of the relevant information.\n<\/p>\n<p>Decision:\n<\/p>\n<p>The appeal is disposed.\n<\/p>\n<p>       The PIO will facilitate an inspection of the relevant records to the Appellant on 28<br \/>\nJanuary 2010 at 11.00am.
