No.30852 OF 2010\n             =====================\n           Dated this the 7th day of October, 2010\n\n\n                          J U D G M E N T\n<\/pre>\n<p>     Petitioners in this writ petition entered Government<\/p>\n<p>service after putting in prior military service.     For the<\/p>\n<p>purpose of granting of higher grade they want the military<\/p>\n<p>service also to be taken into account. According to them,<\/p>\n<p>they are so entitled to, in view of Exts.P7 to P13 judgments<\/p>\n<p>of this court. In the above circumstances, the petitioners<\/p>\n<p>have filed Exts.P14 and P15 representations before the 1st<\/p>\n<p>respondent.    Petitioners seek a direction to the 1st<\/p>\n<p>respondent to consider and pass orders on Exts.P14 and<\/p>\n<p>P15 representations in the light of Exts.P7 to P13 judgments<\/p>\n<p>and Ext.P10 order passed pursuant to those judgments<\/p>\n<p>expeditiously.\n<\/p>\n<p>     I have heard the learned Government Pleader also. In<\/p>\n<p>the facts and circumstances of the case, I dispose of this<\/p>\n<p>writ petition with a direction to the 1st respondent to<\/p>\n<p>consider   and    pass    orders   on   Exts.P14   and  P15<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"hidden_text\">W.P.(C). No.30852 OF 2010     2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>representations as expeditiously as possible, at any rate<\/p>\n<p>within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a<\/p>\n<p>copy of this judgment.
