He further wanted to know about the name and details of merit and weightage of the candidates who<br \/>\ntook admission during the said periods, minutes of interview for the Ph.D, details of marks obtained in the<br \/>\ninterview, list of results, details of eligibility and criteria for the admission in Ph.D during the said<br \/>\nperiods, list of criteria, if changed during the said period, copy of guidelines in this regard, copy of the<br \/>\nguidelines of Hindi Department, if there was any separate guidelines was for it for the admission in Ph.D<br \/>\nand number of admission which took in Hindi Department of Delhi University during the said periods.\n<\/p>\n<p>Reply of the PIO:\n<\/p>\n<p>The PIO vide his letter dated 13\/10\/2009 informed the Appellant that the concerned departments had been<br \/>\nforwarded the Application for obtaining information. Further the PIO vide his letter dated 22 &amp;<br \/>\n23\/10\/2009 supplied the information as received from BRHS, Art Departments. He further informed that<br \/>\nthe Art Deptt and BRHS were considering on the point no. 1 (a), (d) &amp; (f) once again.\n<\/p>\n<p>First Appeal:\n<\/p>\n<p>Incomplete information received from the PIO.\n<\/p>\n<p>Order of the FAA:\n<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;1. After considering the Appeal, the Head, Department of Hindi, and the Chairman, BRS (Arts) are<br \/>\ndirected to provide additional available information, if any, with respect to the OA directly to the<br \/>\nAppellant under intimation to the Information Section on or before<br \/>\n21.01.2010.\n<\/p>\n<p>2. Further, the Appellant may inspect relevant files\/documents with respect to his OA at a mutually<br \/>\nconvenient date and time with the Chairman, BRS (Arts) and the Head, Department of Hindi on<br \/>\nTelephone No. 27662223 and 27666628 respectively on or before 21.01.2010.\n<\/p>\n<p>3. The appeal is decided accordingly.&#8221;\n<\/p>\n<p> Ground of the Second Appeal:\n<\/p>\n<p>Incomplete information received from the PIO after FAA&#8217;s order.\n<\/p>\n<p>Relevant Facts emerging during Hearing:\n<\/p>\n<p>The following were present<br \/>\nAppellant : Mr. Rajesh Mishra;\n<\/p>\n<p>Respondent : Mr. Jay Chanda, Public Information Officer &amp; Dy. Registrar;\n<\/p>\n<p>       The Appellant has been given an inspection of the all the records and whatever records he wanted<br \/>\nhas been provided to him.
