Case No.<\/p>\n<p>                     131 of 2010 instituted under Section 304 (B) and 34 of<\/p>\n<p>                     the Indian Penal Code, for allegedly his daughter-in-<\/p>\n<p>                     law consuming poison. The defence of the petitioner is<\/p>\n<p>                     that because of torture by parents of the petitioner, she<\/p>\n<p>                     had consumed poison.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                 Be that as it may, the incident taken place<\/p>\n<p>                     in the house of the petitioner by consumption of<\/p>\n<p>                     poison.
