DENESAN, J.\n\n\n\n                      = = = = = = = = = = = = = = =\n\n                       W.P.(C) No. 3717 OF 2007 P\n\n                      = = = = = = = = = = = = = = =\n\n\n\n                 Dated this the 6th February, 2007\n\n\n\n                               J U D G M E N T\n<\/pre>\n<p>        Heard   counsel   for   the   petitioner   and   Standing<\/p>\n<p>Counsel for the respondents.\n<\/p>\n<p>        2. The petitioner has been placed under suspension<\/p>\n<p>as   per   Ext.   P2   order   dated   28-3-2005   passed   by   the   1st<\/p>\n<p>respondent.                  Immediately         thereafter,         Ext.         P5<\/p>\n<p>representation   was   filed   by   the   petitioner   before   the<\/p>\n<p>2nd     respondent   requesting   to   revoke   the   order   of<\/p>\n<p>suspension and reinstate him in service.   No order has<\/p>\n<p>been   passed   on   Ext.   P5   representation   dated   16-6-2005.\n<\/p>\n<p>On   25-9-2006   the   petitioner   has   filed   Ext.   P7<\/p>\n<p>representation   once   again   requesting   to   reinstate   him<\/p>\n<p>in   service.     The   2nd  respondent   has   not   taken   any<\/p>\n<p>decision on Ext. P7 also.\n<\/p>\n<p>        2.   Counsel   for   the   respondents   submits   that<\/p>\n<p>appropriate   orders   will   be   passed   on   Exts.   P5   and   P7<\/p>\n<p>without further delay.\n<\/p>\n<p>        3.   In   the   circumstances,   it   is   necessary   that   the<\/p>\n<p>respondents shall be directed to take decision within a<\/p>\n<p>time frame.   The 2nd  respondent is directed to consider<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"hidden_text\">WPC No.3717 \/2007                  -2-<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Exts. P5 and P7 with reference to relevant records and<\/p>\n<p>on   merits   and   to   pass   orders   in   accordance   with   law<\/p>\n<p>within   three   weeks   from   the   date   of   receipt   of   a   copy<\/p>\n<p>of the judgment.\n<\/p>\n<p>        The   petitioner   shall   produce   a   copy   of   the<\/p>\n<p>judgment   before   the   2nd  respondent   for   information   and<\/p>\n<p>compliance.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                                    K.K.
