on 16 March, 2010<\/div>\n<\/p>\n<pre><\/pre>\n<p>                                                      &gt; <\/p>\n<p><a class=\"marker_ref\" href=\"\/search\/?formInput=Title%20\">Title <\/a>: Presentation of the 1st, 2nd, 3rd and 4th Reports of Committee on Petitions.   <\/p>\n<p>\u00a0  <\/p>\n<p><a class=\"marker_ref\" href=\"\/search\/?formInput=SHRI%20ANANT%20GANGARAM%20GEETE%20\">SHRI ANANT GANGARAM GEETE <\/a>(<a class=\"marker_ref\" href=\"\/search\/?formInput=RAIGAD\">RAIGAD<\/a>): I beg to present the following Reports (Hindi and English versions) of the Committee on Petitions:-\n<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0  <\/p>\n<p>(1)\u00a0 First Report on the action taken by the Government on the recommendations contained in their Forth-fifth Report (14th Lok Sabha) on the representations regarding delay in allotment of petrol pump under Defence quota by IOCL at Bareilly, UP; irregularities in award of t he dealership of IOCL at Itwa, District Sidharth Nagar, UP; and in the allotment of petrol pump located at Gannaur Railway Road, Sonepat, Haryana.\n<\/p>\n<p>(2)\u00a0 Second Report on the action taken by the Government on the recommendations contained in their Forty-sixth and Forth-eighth Reports (14th Lok Sabha) on the petition regarding demand of casual workers employed by the HAL, Nasik Division; and Forth-eighty Report on the representation regarding loss of revenue to the Government as a result of Advertisement Policy of Central Warehousing Corporation respectively.\n<\/p>\n<p>(3)\u00a0 Third Report on the action taken by the Government on the recommendations contained in their Forty-seventh Report (14th Lok Sabha) on the representation regarding expansion of Dabolim Airport in Goa\u2019 and Seventeenth Report (14th Lok Sabha) on the representation regarding relief to 1989 riot victims of Bhagalpur.\n<\/p>\n<p>(4)\u00a0 Fourth Report on the action taken by the Government on the recommendations contained in their Thirty-eighth Report on the representation regarding system of procurement of Rails by Indian Railways;
