K.MOHANAN, J.<\/a>\n                        - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -\n                Bail Application No. 3138 of 2008\n                - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -\n              Dated this the 16th day of May, 2008.\n\n                                 O R D E R\n<\/pre>\n<p>      In this Petition filed under Sec. 439 Cr.P.C. the petitioners<\/p>\n<p>who are accused          Nos. 1 to 4              in Crime No.327\/2008 of<\/p>\n<p>Thamarassery Police Station for                 offences punishable under<\/p>\n<p>Sections 323, 324 and 308 read with Section 34 I.P.C., seek their<\/p>\n<p>enlargement on bail.\n<\/p>\n<p>      2.    I heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the<\/p>\n<p>learned Public Prosecutor.\n<\/p>\n<p>      3.    Having regard to the nature of the                     offences, the<\/p>\n<p>duration of judicial custody of the petitioners, the present stage of<\/p>\n<p>investigation and the other circumstances of the case etc., I am<\/p>\n<p>inclined to grant bail to the petitioners. Accordingly, the petitioners<\/p>\n<p>are directed to be released on bail on each of them                  executing a<\/p>\n<p>bond for Rs.25,000\/- (Rupees twenty five thousand only) with two<\/p>\n<p>solvent sureties each for the like amount to the satisfaction of the<\/p>\n<p>J.F.C.M-I, Thamarassery and subject to the following conditions:<\/p>\n<p>            1. The petitioners           shall report before the<\/p>\n<p>               Investigating Officer between 9 a.m. and 11<\/p>\n<p>B.A. No. 3138 OF 2008<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                                    2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>               a.m. on all Wednesdays.\n<\/p>\n<p>             2. The petitioners shall make themselves<\/p>\n<p>               available for interrogation as        and when<\/p>\n<p>               required by the police till the filing of the final<\/p>\n<p>               report.\n<\/p>\n<p>            3. The       petitioners shall not influence or<\/p>\n<p>                intimidate the prosecution witnesses nor shall<\/p>\n<p>                they attempt to tamper with the evidence for<\/p>\n<p>                the prosecution.\n<\/p>\n<p>            4.
