Justice ANTONY DOMINIC\n\n Dated :10\/12\/2010\n\n O R D E R\n                        ANTONY DOMINIC, J.\n                       -------------------------------\n                     W.P.(C).No.36930 of 2010\n                       -------------------------------\n            Dated this the 10thday of December, 2010.\n\n                           J U D G M E N T\n<\/pre>\n<p>     According to the petitioner, by making Ext.P6 before the 3rd<\/p>\n<p>respondent, he sought permission for the construction of a<\/p>\n<p>residential building in the 7.5 cents of land mentioned therein.<\/p>\n<p>Orders have not been passed as required Under Section 28 of the<\/p>\n<p>Kerala Conservation of Paddy Land and Wet Land Act, 2008. It is<\/p>\n<p>complaining of this delay, this writ petition has been filed.<\/p>\n<p>     2. Going by the averments, it can be seen that, the afore said<\/p>\n<p>application is pending in consideration before the 3rd respondent.<\/p>\n<p>Therefore, I direct the 3rd respondent shall consider Ext.P6 and<\/p>\n<p>pass orders thereon.
