SISWAN, DISTRICT SIWAN.\n                               Versus\n                     THE STATE OF BIHAR\n                                        ----------------\n<\/pre>\n<p>06.   29.08.2011             Petitioner could not be released in the<\/p>\n<p>                   instant case in spite of the orders of the High Court<\/p>\n<p>                   dated 2.7.2007 and 8.3.2010 passed in Cr. Misc.<\/p>\n<p>                   Nos.11713 of 2007, 36200 of 2009, Annexures-1,<\/p>\n<p>                   1(1) as he was also found remanded in Siswan<\/p>\n<p>                   (Chainpur) P.S. Case No.32 of 2006 for the offence<\/p>\n<p>                   under Section 395 of the Penal Code, in which<\/p>\n<p>                   petitioner has been released on bail on 30.03.2011.<\/p>\n<p>                             In the light of the aforesaid order dated<\/p>\n<p>                   30.03.2011, let the petitioner above named be<\/p>\n<p>                   released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.5,000\/-<\/p>\n<p>                   (Five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount<\/p>\n<p>                   each to the satisfaction of A.D.J.-2, Chapra in<\/p>\n<p>                   connection with S.Tr. No.737 of 2008 arising out of<\/p>\n<p>                   Baniapur P.S. case No.149\/2005 but petitioner must<\/p>\n<p>                   appear in the trial court on every date fixed.<\/p>\n<p>                                           ( V.
