No. 432 OF 2005\n           = = = = = = = = = = = = = = =\n      Dated this the 20th day of October, 2010.\n\n                     O R D E R\n<\/pre>\n<p>Krishnan, J.\n<\/p>\n<p>\n    This review petition is preferred to review<\/p>\n<p>the judgment in L.A.A.432\/05.      It is submitted<\/p>\n<p>that by virtue of a revised order passed in<\/p>\n<p>L.A.A.774\/06    the   judgment   requires    review.<\/p>\n<p>L.A.R.432\/05 is preferred against the award of<\/p>\n<p>the Land Acquisition Court in L.A.R.304\/00.<\/p>\n<p>    2.   0.465    Ares     in   Re.Sy.No.71\/7    of<\/p>\n<p>Nellikode village is the subject matter.        The<\/p>\n<p>Court after consideration of the materials fixed<\/p>\n<p>the land value at Rs.60,000\/- per cent.           A<\/p>\n<p>perusal of the award would reveal that the<\/p>\n<p>acquired land is situated by side of a road near<\/p>\n<p>T.P.Kumaran Nair road within the limits of the<\/p>\n<p>R.P. No. 404 OF 2010 IN<br \/>\nL.A.A. No. 432 OF 2005<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                         -:2:-<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Kozhikode Corporation.     It is also submitted<\/p>\n<p>that banks, commercial establishments, schools<\/p>\n<p>and Kozhikode Medical College are located near<\/p>\n<p>the acquired property.       The Commissioner who<\/p>\n<p>inspected the property has stated that the<\/p>\n<p>property though not having direct road access it<\/p>\n<p>is situated very near to T.P.Kumarn Nair road<\/p>\n<p>and further it is also stated that a reference<\/p>\n<p>has been made to L.A.R.240\/00 wherein the same<\/p>\n<p>and similarly situated land had been valued at<\/p>\n<p>Rs.60,000\/- and so the Court below had granted<\/p>\n<p>the said market value for the property.     So the<\/p>\n<p>award does not suffer from any infirmity nor the<\/p>\n<p>judgment passed by this Court requires review.<\/p>\n<p>There is no error apparent on the face of the<\/p>\n<p>record.
