Justice ANTONY DOMINIC\n\n Dated :11\/10\/2007\n\n O R D E R\n                      ANTONY DOMINIC, J.\n                     ===============\n                W.P.(C) NO. 28968 OF 2007 W\n               =====================\n\n            Dated this the 11th day of October, 2007\n\n                         J U D G M E N T\n<\/pre>\n<p>      The prayer sought for is to direct respondent to pass orders<\/p>\n<p>consequential to Ext.P5 appellate order passed by the Deputy<\/p>\n<p>Transport Commissioner. By Ext.P5, the matter was remanded<\/p>\n<p>to the respondent for taking a decision after hearing the<\/p>\n<p>petitioner, taking into account the judgment of this court in<\/p>\n<p>W.P.(C) No.8836\/07.\n<\/p>\n<p>      2.    Learned Government pleader also confirms that order<\/p>\n<p>pursuant to Ext.P5 has not been passed.<\/p>\n<p>      3.
