Justice ANTONY DOMINIC\n\n Dated :10\/12\/2009\n\n O R D E R\n                      ANTONY DOMINIC, J.\n                    ================\n                 W.P.(C) NOs. 30277 OF 2008\n                       &amp;    13286 OF 2009\n                =====================\n\n        Dated this the 10th day of December, 2009\n\n                          J U D G M E N T\n<\/pre>\n<p>     Petitioner was resisting deputation to the Kerala State Civil<\/p>\n<p>Supplies Corporation mainly relying on the pendency of Civil<\/p>\n<p>Appeal No.2764\/02 before the Apex Court, which was filed against<\/p>\n<p>the judgment in WA NO.2261\/97 and connected cases.<\/p>\n<p>     2.    Respondents have now brought to my notice the order<\/p>\n<p>dated 1\/9\/2009 passed by the Apex Court dismissing the Civil<\/p>\n<p>Appeal.
