              Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned<\/p>\n
                 P.P. for the state.\n<\/p>\n
                            The petitioner seeks his bail in connection with Sultanganj<\/p>\n
                 P.S. Case No. 102 of 1999 corresponding to Sessions Trial No. 216A<\/p>\n
                 of 2003 registered under sections 302,201 and 120B\/34 of the Indian<\/p>\n
                 Penal Code.\n<\/p>\n
                            It appears from perusal of the impugned order that earlier<\/p>\n
                 petitioner was facing trial and he was on bail but when the case was<\/p>\n
                 fixed for recording the statement under section 313 of the Cr. P.C, he<\/p>\n
                 jumped bail sometime in the year 2006. Subsequently, case record of<\/p>\n
                 the petitioner was separated from the original record and non-bailable<\/p>\n
                 warrant of arrest was issued against him and at the strength of the<\/p>\n
                 aforesaid warrant, petitioner was arrested and he was remanded in the<\/p>\n
                 case on 16.8.2010 and since then he is languishing in jail custody.<\/p>\n
                            In the aforesaid circumstances, the petitioner, Prahlad<\/p>\n
                 Mandal is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs<\/p>\n
                 10,000\/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount to the<\/p>\n
                 satisfaction of Additional Sessions Judge, FTC No. 5 Bhagalpur in<\/p>\n
                 Sessions Trial No. 216A of 2003 arising out of Sultanganj P.S. Case<\/p>\n
                 no. 102\/1999 subject to the condition that one of the sureties must be<\/p>\n
                 close relative of the petitioner.\n<\/p>\n
