                  learned counsel for the State.\n<\/p>\n
                           Co-accused person namely Dilip Sah has<\/p>\n
                  been found in possession of fake currency notes.<\/p>\n
                  Submission on behalf of learned counsel for the<\/p>\n
                  petitioners is that there is no recovery from the<\/p>\n
                  petitioners’ possession and has been named only by<\/p>\n
                  Co-accused Dilip Sah.\n<\/p>\n
                           Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail<\/p>\n
                  of the petitioners is allowed.\n<\/p>\n
                           In the event of their arrest or surrender<\/p>\n
                  within one month from the date of receipt\/production<\/p>\n
                  of a copy of this order in connection with Jogapati<\/p>\n
                  P.S. Case No.35 of 2010, above named, petitioners<\/p>\n
                  shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of<\/p>\n
                  Rs. 10,000\/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of
\n                                2<\/span><\/p>\n
            the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief<\/p>\n
            Judicial   Magistrate,   Bettiah,    West   Champaran,<\/p>\n
            subject to the conditions as laid down under Section<\/p>\n
