Sri.S.Sreekumar, counsel for the Panchayat submits<\/p>\n<p>that after receiving Ext.P1 if the petitioner files a statement<\/p>\n<p>raising whatever grievance is having against the action of the<\/p>\n<p>Panchayat, the Panchayat would be ready to consider those<\/p>\n<p>grievances and take a decision. In these circumstances, I am of<\/p>\n<p>the view that, the merits of the grounds raised need not to be<\/p>\n<p>examined by this Court at this stage. The petitioner will appear<\/p>\n<p>before the Secretary of Panchayat on 2nd April 2008 at 10.30.a.m.<\/p>\n<p>and file his written explanations to Ext.P1. The Secretary of the<\/p>\n<p>Panchayat will consider the written explanation and hear the<\/p>\n<p>petitioner either immediately or on a near date. The Secretary,<\/p>\n<p>after hearing the petitioner will take a decision and communicate<\/p>\n<p>the decision to the petitioner.
