SHAH\n\t\t\n\t\n\n \n\n \n \n\n\n \n\nDate\n: 27\/09\/2011 \n\n \n\n \n \nORAL\nORDER<\/pre>\n<p>1.\tShri<br \/>\nKishore Paul, learned advocate appearing on behalf of the respective<br \/>\napplicants has stated at the bar that in the facts and circumstances<br \/>\nof the case and the controversy raised in the present applications,<br \/>\nthe respective applicants would be satisfied at this stage if the<br \/>\nmain Special Civil Applications are ordered to be listed on board for<br \/>\nfinal hearing at the earliest and in that case he does not press the<br \/>\npresent applications without prejudice to the rights and contentions<br \/>\nraised in the present applications submitting that whatever salary is<br \/>\nbeing paid to them is on lower side and not in accordance with law.\n<\/p>\n<p>2.<br \/>\n Shri Joshi, learned advocate appearing on behalf of the<br \/>\nrespondent-Company has no objection if the aforesaid Special Civil<br \/>\nApplications are directed to be placed on board at the earliest,<br \/>\nkeeping all the questions open, which are raised in the present<br \/>\napplications.\n<\/p>\n<p>3.\tIn<br \/>\nview of the above, without further expressing anything on merits with<br \/>\nrespect to the controversy raised in the present applications, the<br \/>\npresent applications are disposed of by directing the Registry to<br \/>\nnotify  main Special Civil Application Nos. 5200\/2008, 5201\/2008,<br \/>\n5205\/2008, 5207\/2008, 5199\/2008, 5203\/2008, 59\/2009, 5206\/2008,<br \/>\n12058\/2008, 5204\/2008 on board for final hearing on 14\/10\/2011.
