Herold<br \/>\nSingh, the learned Government Advocate, appearing for the respondents.\n<\/p>\n<p>\t2. By consent of both the parties, the writ petition is taken up for final<br \/>\nhearing and disposal.\n<\/p>\n<p>\t3. At this stage of the hearing of the writ petition, the learned counsel<br \/>\nappearing on behalf of the petitioner had submitted that it would suffice, if<br \/>\nthe first respondent is directed to consider and dispose of the representation,<br \/>\ndated 28.01.2009, on merits and in accordance with law, within a specified<br \/>\nperiod.\n<\/p>\n<p>\t4. The learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the respondents,<br \/>\nhas no objection for such an order being passed by this Court.\n<\/p>\n<p>\t5. In view of the submissions made by the learned counsels appearing on<br \/>\neither side, the first respondent is directed to consider and dispose of the<br \/>\nrepresentation, dated 28.01.2009, after giving an opportunity of hearing to the<br \/>\npetitioner and the second respondent, as well as to the other parties concerned,<br \/>\non merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the<br \/>\ndate of receipt of a copy of this order. The petitioner is directed to furnish a<br \/>\ncopy of the representation, dated 28.01.2009, to the first respondent, along<br \/>\nwith a copy of this order. However, it is made clear that this Court, by this<br \/>\norder, has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the matter.\n<\/p>\n<p>\t6.
