It is<br \/>\nsubmitted by him that the petitioner is working as Assistant Teacher<br \/>\nin the Ashram Shala run by respondent No.4-Mandal since 12.06.1999.<br \/>\nOn the ground that no approval has been accorded to the appointment<br \/>\nof the petitioner, respondents have passed impugned order dated<br \/>\n16.08.2010, by which, the salary of the petitioner has been stopped.<br \/>\nThe petitioner has not been paid any salary since August 2010.
