Details of work of Mr. Sanjay Ram,     Mr. Sanjay Singh was being paid for the\n             JE for which he was being paid by      work. He did not do any kind of politics.\n             DJB.\n<\/pre>\n<p>   2.        Details of working hour of the above   Mr. Sanjay Singh was working on Karala<br \/>\n             said employee on Karala Water          water      tank     according    to     the<br \/>\n             Tank and details of amount paid to     responsibilities. His monthly salary was<br \/>\n             him as salary.                         Rs.23877\/-.\n<\/p>\n<p>   3.        Details of action taken on the         The Appellant could draw water from<br \/>\n             complaints which the Appellant had     near Pole No. 3 in Gali no. 3 of Pratap<br \/>\n             given to the said employee.            Vihar Part &#8211; II as the water tanker goes to<br \/>\n                                                    that site.\n<\/p>\n<p>First Appeal:\n<\/p>\n<p>Unsatisfactory reply received form the PIO.\n<\/p>\n<p>Order of the FAA:\n<\/p>\n<p>The FAA in its order observed that the dispute was regarding location where the tankers deliver<br \/>\nwater in the area which was 50-60 feet away from the house of the Appellant. The FAA further<br \/>\nstated that water was already being delivered at a point near the Appellant&#8217;s house so no further<br \/>\naction was necessary. The FAA clarified that logistically it was not possible to deliver water at<br \/>\nthe doorstep of each house.\n<\/p>\n<p>Ground of the Second Appeal:\n<\/p>\n<p>Unsatisfactory reply received form the PIO and the FAA.<br \/>\n Relevant Facts emerging during Hearing:\n<\/p>\n<p>The following were present:\n<\/p>\n<p>Appellant : Mr. Yashpal Rawat<br \/>\nRespondent : Mr. Lalit Mohan, PIO<br \/>\nThe main issue is that the Delhi Jal Board is sending tankers in some places next to the Houses<br \/>\nof the particular people who are then appropriating the right to take water themselves.
