DAVE\n\t\t\n\t\n\n \n\nDate\n: 28\/03\/2011 \n\n \n\n \nORAL\nORDER<\/pre>\n<p>The<br \/>\n\tapplicant convict has preferred this application for grant of parole<br \/>\n\tfor a period of fifteen days on the ground that the applicant would<br \/>\n\tlike to file an Appeal before this Court against the conviction<br \/>\n\tdated 21.12.2010 for life imprisonment by the Sessions Court.\n<\/p>\n<p>The<br \/>\n\tjail record of the convict shows reasonable good conduct on his<br \/>\n\tbehalf and considering overall facts and circumstances, the<br \/>\n\tapplicant convict is granted temporary release for period of two<br \/>\n\tweeks from the date of his release on furnishing a personal bond of<br \/>\n\tRs.2,000\/- (Rupees Two Thousand Only), to the satisfaction of the<br \/>\n\tjail authority and on completion of the<br \/>\n\tparole period, the applicant shall surrender in time before the jail<br \/>\n\tauthority.\n<\/p>\n<p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tSd\/-\n<\/p>\n<p>(Anant<br \/>\nS.
