GOVERNMENT PLEADER for\nRespondent(s) : 1, \nNone for Respondent(s) : 2 -\n6. \n=========================================================\n\n\n \n\t  \n\t \n\t  \n\t\t \n\t\t\t \n\nCORAM\n\t\t\t: \n\t\t\t\n\t\t\n\t\t \n\t\t\t \n\nHONOURABLE\n\t\t\tMR.JUSTICE S.R.BRAHMBHATT\n\t\t\n\t\n\n \n\n \n \n\n\n \n\nDate\n: 16\/08\/2011 \n\n \n\n \n \nORAL\nORDER<\/pre>\n<p>\tMr.\n<\/p>\n<p>Thakkar learned counsel with Mr. Shah learned advocate, appearing for<br \/>\nthe petitioner under the instructions, submitted that though this<br \/>\npetition is filed for larger relief, Court may issue appropriate<br \/>\ndirection to the Concerned Authority for disposing of the Revision<br \/>\nApplication pending before it within stipulated time period and<br \/>\nreserve liberty to approach the appropriate Forum by appropriate<br \/>\napplication or proceedings in case of any difficulty.  Mr. H.K.<br \/>\nPatel, learned AGP, appearing for the respondent no.1-State submitted<br \/>\nthat there cannot be any objection, however, the Court may not grant<br \/>\nany fix time for disposal of the matter.\n<\/p>\n<p>\tThis<br \/>\nCourt is of the considered view that in the peculiar facts and<br \/>\ncircumstances of the case, where the entire matter is likely to be<br \/>\ndisposed of by appropriate exercise on the part of the concerned<br \/>\nrespondents.  It would be in the fitness of things that the<br \/>\nauthority, before whom, the revision application is pending shall<br \/>\ndispose of the same within three months from the date of receipt of<br \/>\nthe writ of this Court. As this order is passed in absence of the<br \/>\nprivate respondents and only at the request of the learned advocate<br \/>\nfor the petitioner, as this petition is confined only now for this<br \/>\ndirection,  it goes without saying that it is open to all, including<br \/>\nthe private respondents to approach the Court in case, if this order<br \/>\nis in any way found to be prejudiced.
