Justice ANTONY DOMINIC\n\n Dated :28\/11\/2007\n\n O R D E R\n                       ANTONY DOMINIC, J.\n                     ===============\n                 W.P.(C) NO. 35145 OF 2007 H\n               =====================\n\n          Dated this the 28th day of November, 2007\n\n                          J U D G M E N T\n<\/pre>\n<p>       Petitioners who claim the benefit of the amendment of Act<\/p>\n<p>21 of 2006 has filed Ext.P3 application before the 1st respondent<\/p>\n<p>and is seeking an order directing its disposal. Now that what the<\/p>\n<p>petitioners are seeking is a statutory benefit, and as Ext.P3 is<\/p>\n<p>filed on that behalf, I see no reason to deny the prayer.<\/p>\n<p>      2.
