\nhas filed this application seeking stay of the judgment of the
\nTribunal, which is impugned in Tax Appeal No.1198 of 2007.\n<\/p>\n
\tHaving
\nheard learned advocates for the parties, in view of the factual
\nsituation emerging, though we are not inclined to grant prayer for
\nstaying the Tribunal’s judgment, we would like to attempt to hear the
\nTax Appeal No.1198 of 2007 and the same is ordered to  be placed for
\nhearing on 27.9.2011. This application is disposed of accordingly.\n<\/p>\n
