Justice ANTONY DOMINIC\n\n Dated :10\/12\/2008\n\n O R D E R\n                          ANTONY DOMINIC, J.\n\n                          ==============\n                     W.P.(C) NO. 16922 OF 2008 (M)\n                     ====================\n\n              Dated this the 10th day of December, 2008\n\n                              J U D G M E N T\n<\/pre>\n<p>      The petitioners complaint is that revision of the master plan with a<\/p>\n<p>decision to reduce the width of Kollam Pukayilapandakasala (Mulakada) &#8211;<\/p>\n<p>Vaddi Road from 25 to 15 metres is to be implemented and that in the<\/p>\n<p>light of the plan so revised, Ext.P3 application made by him for building<\/p>\n<p>permit should be considered.\n<\/p>\n<p>      2.     It has now come out and it is also seen from Ext.P5 that the<\/p>\n<p>revised master plan is pending consideration of the Government of Kerala<\/p>\n<p>and that the revised plan is yet to be finalised and published. Therefore,<\/p>\n<p>unless and until the revised master plan is finalised and published, the<\/p>\n<p>petitioner cannot seek consideration of his application for building permit<\/p>\n<p>in the light of the revised plan. Hence, what is required at this stage is to<\/p>\n<p>make respondents 1 and 2 to finalise and publish the revised master plan<\/p>\n<p>formulated for Kollam Corporation area.\n<\/p>\n<p>      3.     In view of the above, the 2nd respondent is directed to finalise<\/p>\n<p>and publish the revised master plan concerning Kollam Corporation area,<\/p>\n<p>which is mentioned in Ext.P5 as expeditiously as possible, at any rate<\/p>\n<p>WPC 16922\/08<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                                     :2 :<\/span><\/p>\n<p>within 3 months of production of a copy of this judgment.
